Returns & Exchanges
We start processing your order immediately after it’s placed. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Yes, you can. However changes like sizing, color, and address can only be made within
6 hours of the order being placed. If you’d like to add or remove items from your order, please email us at

Since each item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Please double-check sizing and customization details before placing your order.
We do not offer exchanges on sale items, swimwear, or intimate apparel. Any clothing eligible for exchange must be unworn, unused, and free from any odours.
We provide detailed size charts on each product page to help you choose the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for assistance.
If there’s an issue with your order — if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted — then simply notify us, tell us what went wrong, send us along a pic / video ,to identify the problem, after which we will send a replacement as soon as possible! and we’ll remake the order with corrections.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
Opanai provide 15 days free after-sales service for all the orders. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15days after the product has been received. When there is a proven problem, we’ll make sure to replace the product for you as soon as possible. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic / video, to identify the problem, after which we will send a replacement as soon as possible!
Shipping & recent orders
Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. However, shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination.
Since all items are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production. Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it out, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times depend on your location:
- Domestic (USA): 5–7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with photos / videos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15days after the estimated delivery date.
If you have not received your package within the allotted time, you may call the Carrier directly as the customer. It would also be good to double-check that the shipping address was correct with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
